Many of my drawings are done sporadically; usually while waiting for a bus or just when something catches my eye and I can manage to dig out a pencil. A beautiful afternoon, a late bus, and 10 minutes gave me this view of Madison Street on the sidewalk.

You draw backgrounds really well. Any tips on how I should practice on my background drawing? I self published a comic book and while my character design is pretty good.I struggle with drawing stuctures and stuff.
